Our newest addition...

We have a new family member! His name was Papi, but I think we are going to call him Jax. He is a poodle- shih-tzu mix, and is as sweet as can be. He is somewhere between one and two years old...and so far LOVES his new home and family. He is looking kind of ratty because he needs to go to the groomers, but he has the sweetest face...
Welcome to the family Jax!

Do you like it?

So in the wide world of "Blogging" I am a complete amateur who knows NOTHING! I know how to post my pics and my posts and that is about it!! I got adventerous this morning though and decided to do some looking around on the Internet. Through my discovery, I found out that blog templates are also called blog skins. So...after looking through several "skins" I chose this one to use. Every time I changed it out, I lost a lot of info...so I think I am done looking for now. So, do you like the new look? Take the poll...

All my by self...

When Caleb was little, he use to tell us, "all my by self"...meaning, I want to do it all by myself. Well, he truly did a "big boy" thing all by himself this week...he now knows how to ride his bike without training wheels. He has tried off and on for about the past month, but yesterday, daddy took the wheels off, and he was off and riding. He is so proud of himself, and we are too. We both remember the day we learned to ride a bike and we really wanted to make it special for him. We celebrated with Gelatto! YUM! He truly is this amazing little kid that doesn't give up...he will try and try until he gets it down. Good job Caleb! I love you buddy!

Crazy Hair Day!

Okay...so I have complained numerous times on here about how my daughter has no hair. Well, the good news is that it is growing...the bad news is that it is that fine wispy hair that loves to be totally unruly. One day last week, she woke up from her nap with the CRAZIEST bed head I have EVER seen. I had to snap a few pics! Then, a few days later, Caleb pulled daddy's wig down out of the closet and put it on. They are so funny sometimes, and I appreciate the times I can just laugh at them and not stress about being "mommy".
